About me
I am Cédric Vermeirre, self-thought CGI-artist working in Brussels, Belgium. I’m involved in the 3D industry for more than 10 years now.
Having since long a great interest for graphics I started up as a graphic and flash webdesigner. While experimenting and looking for new innovative ideas for websites, I discovered several basic 3d softwares. Using Organica,Erain’s Swift 3D to Autodesk’s Plasma, I quickly jumped over to more “mature” 3D programs like 3DSmax, Maya and later on Zbrush.

Since that moment, 3D became a passion. It is a world in constant evolution. A study that could probably last a lifetime.You spend most of your day solving issues, problems and looking for new ways to achieve goals, but the fact of seeing your creation gaining “life” in the end of the process has still today that “wow”-effect on me!

I consider myself being an overall 3D-artist, but can’t hide that the modelling part is the one I enjoy the most.
